Raghava Halo Lifestyle Podium: Open Spaces for Everyday Living

Raghava Halo is expected to feature an approximately 90,000 sq.ft. open lifestyle podium, adding a significant outdoor dimension to the residential community. Podium-based planning is commonly used in premium high-rise developments to separate recreational zones from other functional areas and create dedicated spaces where residents can relax, socialise and spend leisure time. At Raghava Halo, this open podium forms part of a broader lifestyle plan that includes more than 3,00,000 sq.ft. of recreational and lifestyle spaces. An approximately 60,000 sq.ft.
