The Moffat M015598 Fan Blade circulates heated air inside compatible G32 convection ovens, distributing heat throughout the cooking chamber during operation. Its seven-blade configuration rotates with the oven fan motor, moving air across the heated chamber and back toward the circulation path. The blade measures approximately 6-1/16 inches in outside diameter and 1 inch in thickness, with a 0.200-inch D-shaped shaft fit.
