Imperial 1160 Oven Thermostat KXT 175°F-500°F
The Imperial 1160 Oven Thermostat KXT is designed to sense and regulate temperature in compatible commercial convection ovens. Its 175°F to 500°F operating range supports various cooking temperatures while helping the heating system maintain the selected setting. The thermostat uses a 3/16\" x 12-1/4\" sensing bulb with a 36\" capillary for temperature detection inside the oven chamber. It responds to temperature changes and controls heating operation through calibrated thermostat contacts.
