How to apply vendor credit in QuickBooks Online
To apply a vendor credit in QuickBooks Online, navigate to + New and select Pay Bills. Select the bill, and the available credit will appear in the Credits section, where you can choose the amount to apply to reduce the total payment. Finally, click Save and close to finalize the transaction.
