The Hoshizaki 4A2134-01 Freezer Start Capacitor provides temporary electrical support during compressor motor startup in compatible freezer equipment. Rated at 320 MFD and 125 VAC, the capacitor stores electrical energy within the starting circuit to assist the motor in developing starting torque when a cooling cycle begins. After startup, the freezer’s electrical control arrangement transitions the motor away from the starting circuit.
