Over two days, participants learn how to use ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and DeepSeek for prompt engineering, AI-powered research, content creation, presentations, data analysis, and everyday business tasks. No prior AI or technical experience is required. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, participants learn how to streamline repetitive tasks, create professional content, analyse information, improve workflows, and use Generative AI more effectively. The course is available online or in the classroom and includes practical activities throughout the programme. Upon successful completion, participants receive an Info-Tech Academy certificate and a WSQ Statement of Attainment. Eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can receive up to 70% SkillsFuture subsidy, with additional funding support available through schemes including UTAP, PSEA, SFEC, and Absentee Payroll.
