8261526 Frymaster Temperature Probe Kit
The Frymaster 8261526 Temperature Probe Kit monitors temperature within compatible commercial fryer equipment by sensing heat at the probe tip and transmitting the electrical signal to the fryer control system. The control uses this input to determine the oil temperature and regulate the heating cycle according to the selected setting. The kit includes a 2-1/2\" probe with a 12\" lead arrangement and uses 1/8\" round terminal block pins for electrical connection.
