Cleveland 103731 284°F Steamer High Limit Thermostat with 26\” Capillary
The Cleveland 103731 High Limit Capillary Switch Assembly is a temperature safety control used in compatible commercial steamers. It monitors heat through a 26-inch capillary sensing tube and interrupts the electrical circuit when the temperature reaches its 284°F limit. The 10H11 type assembly features 1.64-inch mounting hole centers with #8 hole slots for installation within the control section.
