In fragile contexts, communities face insecurity, disrupted livelihoods, and limited access to essential services, which hinder sustainable development. Effective poverty reduction requires peacebuilding, inclusive governance, and resilient institutions that empower local populations. The g7+ promotes country-led, context-specific solutions while advocating for international support tailored to fragile states. Through Fragile-to-Fragile Cooperation, member states share lessons, strengthen capacities, and work together to break cycles of fragility, create opportunities for prosperity, and ensure long-term stability for their communities.
