Where can I use a Macy's gift card?
When I contacted the department that deals with gift cards, they informed me it was possible that this gift card had already in use. I'm not sure why, as the cid was not scratched off. She also stated that she had opened a case and that it could be anywhere from 2 months or more before the case is solved. Based on her overall attitude, I'm confident that the matter will unsuccessful and the card will not end up being loaded with the amount of money allocated.
